Saturday
16th February saw the Ouse alive with Viking for the Annual Viking Longboat
Races.
YCRC again supported with many team members in the boats. Our intrepid on
board reporter "The Crazyreaper" was there to send the following
report :-
| The teams who came from
far and near included ones from Oslo, Ireland, Bergen in Norway
and France. YCRC Vikings taking part included Crazyreaper-Mat,
Stu (the Blood axe) Clarke, Dan the Extracter, Steve (The Pillage
) Newby, Steve (The Kiwi Viking) and his Mate!. |

Capsize
Drill help at St.Peters on Friday 8th January proved to be a worthwhile, useful
